Renter(s) have the option of sharing the space and splitting the monthly fee; each office is large enough for two workstations. Monthly rentals come with the use of all amenities, and 6 hours of conference room space a month (unused hours do not roll over and are non-transferrable). For long-term lease options, please contact us directly.

Day pass will grant access 24/7; all open workstations are first come, first served. Pass will grant the use of open Wi-Fi, and all amenities. Conference room space must be booked in advance.

Recurring billing will occur every month. Each monthly rental comes with two hours of conference room space per month (unused hours do not roll over and are non-transferrable). 

Provides a business address for mail service. This does not grant access to the space, co-working space or conference room. FLX Works can forward mail once a month through USPS at the expense of the renter. Mail pickup is during the daytime business hours only at no extra charge.

Conference space is available to any person or business, however, priority will be given to members. All catering and extra services are the responsibility of the renter and need to be communicated with the Office Administrator. Space is subject to availability and after-hours rentals will need to be approved internally. Cost is $12.00 per hour and there is a minimum of 4 hours, max of 10 hours.
