Welcome to FLX Works

The drop-in pass will grant you access to our coworking space for 24 hours (12:00am to 11:59pm) on a day of your choosing, where all open workstations are available on a first come, first served basis. This pass also includes the use of open Wi-Fi and all amenities. To utilize our meeting rooms, please remember that they must be booked in advance. 

Access to our coworking space is available 24/7 for a whole month! Additional amenities include two hours of meeting rooms per month. (Unused hours do not roll over and are non-transferable.)

FLX Works provides a business address for mail service, perfect for those utilizing our remote workspace. We can forward mail once a month through USPS at the renter's expense. Mail pickup is available during daytime business hours only.

Comfortably seat up to 16 guests in this well-equipped meeting space. Rentals include a projector and Owl conferencing device for hybrid meetings, with a minimum booking of four hours. Bring in your preferred catering and coordinate any additional services in advance to make the space your own. 

Host your next meeting in the spacious main room at FLX Works. Designed for up to 20 guests, the space offers flexible table layouts, a drop-down screen, and a short-throw projector to support seamless presentations. Enjoy the energy of our collaborative workspace, with fellow professionals onsite during your booking. 

Enjoy the privacy of a dedicated office at FLX Works, complete with keycode entry, desk, chair, and storage. Each office comfortably fits two workstations, with the option to share and split the monthly rental fee. Monthly plans include full access to amenities and six hours of meeting room use (non-transferable). Minimum 3-month rental.
